HOW MUCH DEPOSIT DO I PAY?

A deposit of 1/3rd of the cost of your holiday is required before a booking is valid plus £100 refundable breakage deposit. Once payment is accepted your booking will be confirmed via email. It is not valid until you receive this email. The remaining balance must be paid 6 weeks before the start of your holiday. Please see our Booking Terms & Conditions page for full details.

 

WHAT FACILITIES DO YOU HAVE FOR BABIES?

There is a highchair plus safety gate and travel cot permanently at the cottage. We also have a small range of baby cutlery, bibs, plastic beakers and plates, etc plus a microwave.  We try to provide as much equipment as possible but if you think of anything that would be of help on future visits please do email us at shedgar@live.co.uk and we will endeavour to add your request for your next visit.

 

WHAT DO I DO IF I ENCOUNTER A PROBLEM WHILST ON HOLIDAY?

We will provide you with contact numbers both for us (the owners) and our housekeeper who lives nearby on your booking confirmation and you are welcome to contact us at any point if you encounter any problems.  We want you to have a stress-free and enjoyable holiday at Old Saltys and we will do our utmost to ensure everything runs smoothly for you.

If you have any speical requirements please email us at shedgar@live.co.uk and we will do our absolute best to try and accommdate you wherever we can. We have helped out guests previously planning surprise anniversary breaks, Christmas holidays and Golfers looking for transportation to the nearby golf courses. We will always help any way we can!

 

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL?

if you need to cancel your holiday for any reason please email us right away. We may be able to re-let the Cottage so its in both of our interests if we know as soon as possible. Please refer to our Booking Terms & Conditions page for full details.
